All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, tracking details will be provided whenever available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

Courier Delays

While we always aim for a smooth and timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, any delays occurring during transit are the responsibility of the courier service. We will still do our best to assist you with tracking and follow-up when possible.
